This isn't a weight loss question, per se, it's coming more from a frugality point. What are some suggestions to help you feel full? I'm skipping lunch a lot, and trying real portions (rent is going up in July).

I'm wondering how to tell my body 'this is fine!' I've read drinking more water, eating slowly, smaller plate, and not doing something else, like the Internet, at the same time as eating. Do y'all have any additional tips to that? I found out about fresh20 yesterday, and that looks like it'll really help too!
