Over the last few years I've tried to maintain a solid payment history on my accounts. After a medical emergency in 2015 I was left with a medical bill that was insane. I was making steady payments on it until I learned I was being sued for the remaining amount. Apparently I'd forgotten to make a payment one month. I was able to pay and have the case dismissed, however, this has left me unable to make steady payments on several other accounts. I'm 60 days late on one account and am about to mail a "Goodwill" letter. My best idea at this point is to just keep paying on everything as best I can until it is repaired. HOWEVER, I'm moving very soon, I'd like to think this won't keep me from finding a place, but I'm very worried. I know I can repair this and get even higher, but I just want to be sure I'll be able to move before I begin.
Edit: LUCKILY I was able to talk to the company I owe money to, I have a good history as a customer so hopefully the goodwill letter will do some good. lol. If not, then I'll keep working
