Hey all. I just graduated with my masters in Occupational therapy, a good paying career with great job outlooks. It was a 3 year program that I paid all through loans and even living loans since it was full time. $35K is from my undergraduate degree still. I also went credit card crazy likely to deal with stress and used them to travel when I could. I am now looking for my first job and feel like I could suffocate any minute. Looking for advice on ideas for loan consolidation, saving/living frugal tips, making extra money, investments.... anything. I have a hefty goal of paying those off in 4-5 years if I change my lifestyle and continue to either pay cheap rent or even no rent at all by travelling. I am not looking to get in one of those 25-30 year repayment plans since by the end of that I will end up paying $350K back due to all the interest. I have always been resourceful in terms of cheap living arrangements and doing odd jobs for money. But obviously I have a history of spending way beyond my means, hence the credit cards, roughly $8k in credit card debt. I don't doubt having a good job with great pay, especially if I do travel therapy where you have increased salary and also housing is paid for. I have looked into Sofi for consolidation but was instantly denied. My loans are through Great Lakes Borrower. My parents were not great with money and did not necessarily provide guidance in terms of different choices I should have made or different ways of going about obtaining the same degree with far less debt. Feels like I am starting from the bottom, and now I'm here ;)

Thanks guys!
