I don't know what else to call it, since it's happened twice.
I return item(s) to Amazon and get 2 notifications:
1 - when UPS sends, and Amazon acknowledges return.
2 - when Amazon confirms receipt of item and says "return completed"
Twice now, months after return, I received notice from Amazon that my item had not been received and I'm being charged.
Well, I still had return label for first item and email (return complete) for second.
Each time, I've contacted Amazon and they acknowledge they did in fact receive the item. And it's a system glitch.
