Hey guys. I was wondering, are the $5-6 dollar rotisserie chickens the best bang for your buck chicken product or can I do better than that? My lunches everyday from now on are going to consist of brown rice, chicken, and a veggie. What I will do is strip the entire chicken off all the meat and toss out all the bones, etc. Then I'll weight out portions of chicken.
