Ive been experimenting with sleeping on the floor for about a 2 weeks now but it feels like the quality of my sleep dropped significantly. Iv been sleeping on hardwood floor with a yoga mat and 3 blankets. I still seem to toss and turn and wakeup and I dont feel rested. Gonna try sleeping on the carpet but do u guys have any tips for me?
