My CC is giving me 5% cash back on groceries this quarter and it runs out on Friday so I headed to Aldi today. Normally my bill is $11 or on a big day $23 from Aldi. This time it was $92 and I had spent $48 at a different one yesterday.
In packing my bag I noticed she charged me twice for paper towels and the Fair Trade coffee that was tagged $3.79 showed up as $4.79. So I got the 5% back on the full purchase and $9.40 back in cash. I love double dipping.
I seldom go to Walmart but I check their receipts item by item since almost every time I go there I get mischarged on something.
