Hi all, getting around $60k from home sale, what is the best suggestion on where to keep this money for a year while we look for a house to buy? I was thinking about opening a brokerage account and buying etfs but not sure I want to risk it. The other option was just keep the money in our online savings account but at 1.2 apy I kinda want to do something different... What do you guys and girls suggest?
