Around September last year I found myself a graduate job around 50k in an Ad agency.
I recently got a transfer within my network doing a different job and thought oh great, I will give it a try, turns out I am not getting the adequate training, I have tried talking to my manager about it and still no luck and things have not changed.
I have recently landed an interview at a large well reputable agency by a recruiter in which she said there is an extensive training program and I will be across more channels than my previous jobs which will give me very good skills for future jobs. I have looked online to find good reviews about them on how they treat there employee's.
However there is only one problem, the salary its at 45k which is quite low, I am more concerned however with training and my development as I have already been screwed over before, but I was wondering if you think 45k is too low? Or am I stupid for taking a lower pay if I get an offer for this position?
