I've got a friend who is today deciding to buy into Bitcoin because he is seeing the surge in the news. In order to mock him, I want to buy $100 worth of a Venezuelan bond fund and compare how our investments do. I am not expecting to ever get the money back.
Do you know of any ETFs for Venezuelan bonds? Or if I can buy a bond directly for as low as $100, I'd be down for that. I can't find anything, just emerging market stuff that mixes in other countries and thus don't fit my purposes.
