I am 22 years old, and still living with my parents. My cousin is 20, living with her grandma, and we've been best friends for years. This is the end of the school year, and me and her are supposed to be getting an apartment together this summer. I just got a new job for $14/hr, and we are renting an apartment at $1000 a month. We need to buy a washer/dryer, couch, and tv for the living room. We already have most of our kitchen utensils. What other expenses should I be looking out for?
