I'm a 20 year old soon to be junior in college and I only have $1000 in my savings account. Ideally, I would love to move out of my parents house immediately after graduation, however I know that isn't the reality for most people and I'm not on track to make this my reality. If I were to move out after college it would either be in the Seattle area or the Napa valley area, both places have an extremely high cost of living but the work I will be doing (vintner and/or growing grapes for a vineyard) is well paid and easy to find because of my degree so I am not worried about sustaining for much longer than 6 months after college. What can I be doing now to prepare for after college and make moving out after college my reality?

EDIT: while at school I work as a bartender and make $11/hour and about $100-250 in tips per night while working 3 eight hour shifts a week. That is around $1050/month after taxes not including tips, I also have to pay for groceries and any other expenses other than rent which is covered by my university.
