Hi /r/investing,
I know this sub mostly talk about investing in stocks, ETFS, bonds, but I'm curious if you guys also invest in something else.
Personally, I also invest in life insurance and renting property (1 apartment and 1 house). Currently, trying to look into opening a franchise business. My strategy to investing is to cover percentage of expenses (e.g life insurance comes with insurance so that covers my medical expense, renting property is to cover mortgage, franchise business is income supplement)
So do you guys also invest in anything other than stock or bond markets? And what are they?
