I was given a list of 403(b) providers to chose from. I currently have Vanguard for my other investments, and unfortunately they aren't on the list. I'm looking for funds that have low expense ratios and low fees. I don't really want it to be actively managed either since the fees are usually higher. I also heard somewhere that life insurance agencies usually charge higher fees for investing, has anyone else heard that?
Does anyone have any experience with any of these institutions? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
