Tech workers: Do you factor in company-sponsored lunches, snacks, activities, wellness programs, other non-traditional perks when evaluating a job offer?

If you're considering identical base salaries ... What value do you assign these benefits? EDIT: I shouldn't have excluded workers in other industries!
