Hi all, I am considering transferring my securities and assets out of my CapitalOne Investing account and into either TD Ameritrade or Fidelity. I am interested in getting any thoughts you all might have.

I am not a frequent trader and my portfolio is pretty small, so the Fidelity investment minimums for mutual funds ($2500) and bonds ($1000) are dissuading me. The positives for Fidelity are that (i) they have slightly lower commission rates than TD (4.95 vs 6.95) and (ii) my next job has retirement options in Fidelity which could simplify my accounting.

Otherwise I am leaning towards TD Ameritrade. I especially like the fact that they have no account minimums and a seemingly robust trading platform/research tools.

Do you all have any thoughts or personal experience?

Thanks!
