Hi /r/personalfinance. Hoping you can give me some advice on this.

I bought a Fidget Cube from AntsyLabs for my cousin at the beginning of December. It was his Christmas present and I knew it wouldn't be there by Christmas Day, but they told me around the end of January, so I bought it anyway.

Well end of January rolls around and I don't hear anything, and my cousin (12) is asking me where it is. I filled out the contact form on their website asking for an update, and never hear a response back. Their website then says they will be delivered beginning of March, so I try to tell my cousin to be patient.

Mid-March rolls around and nothing, so I write the company via Facebook Messenger. Don't hear anything for 2 weeks and then the customer service rep just said, "They're on their way soon!" Which is basically what I heard at the beginning of December. (I found out through /r/fidgetcube and their Facebook page that AntsyLabs has horrible, horrible customer service and no one is getting answers.)

At this point I tell them to cancel the order, via Facebook Messenger and the contact form on their website. Wait another 2 weeks for some sort of response and nothing. Facebook Messenger says they haven't even seen the message yet. My order status on their website still says "Paid – Unfulfilled."

It's now mid-April and I call my credit card company and issue a chargeback. It is successful and I get my $25 back. With that money I get my cousin a knockoff from Amazon and wish him a belated Merry Christmas.

Yesterday (May 3) my Aunt texts that they received the Fidget Cube from AntsyLabs.

So what happens now? Do I wait until they catch it? Do I write them again and try to pay for it? (Which could take until October, honestly.) My account on their website still says "Paid – Unfulfilled."

EDIT: Also just checked their returns, since I really don't want to keep it. They have a 30 day return/refund policy from date of purchase, which would have put me at about January 1, 4 months before I actually received the product. Also says not entitled to a refund if the product is lost in delivery, but by January 1 it hadn't even been shipped yet.
