I had the idea, it went well with the current company, yet isn't what the company already did. So, it's like an offshoot of the current company. I've spent countless unpaid hours putting everything together and we are very close to launch and getting our first client. I am currently paid a salary for my primary role with the original company, they are looking for someone to take over that role so I can work full time with the off shoot company I created. My question is, what kind of compensation do I ask for? I feel like I deserve a percentage of the company's profits. This is my baby. If this should be in a different subreddit please point me in the right direction.
