I just don't know how this works. My SO has a realtor who has been showing us places. But do we really need him? The places we see all have signs posted outside advertising the fact that they are up for rent, so it's not like it's some secret that these places are on the market.
We're not actually paying for this guy, he's a friend of my SO's brother who is doing this for us "at no charge", but he is unreliable and therefore difficult to work with. I'd rather us handle it all on our own if we can.
