Disclaimer: I can't drive because I injured myself and I'm super scrawny.
I wrote in another thread that I am moving from East to West coast (NYC to Bay Area) with 20 medium sized uhaul boxes (18" cube). I'm trying to work out my options.
If I want to go with using Amtrak or another port-to-port based service instead of a door-to-door service, what resource can I look into that would pick up those boxes from my address in NYC and bring those boxes to the pickup port? Then pick up those boxes from the port in California and drop it off at my apartment?
Secondly, where can I find myself a pallet or a few pallets last minute? I want to have a pickup about a week from now.
