I've been trying to pack my lunch more often. It sure helps me with energy lulls throughout the day, but I'm struggling to keep some variety going. I usually do a sandwich (ham and cheese, pb&j) or cheese and crackers, then I'll have some fruit and a snack of some sort (goldfish, a cookie, a larabar.) A lot of people seem to pack leftovers, but I still live at home we rarely have anything left over after dinner. I've found some ideas on Pinterest, but I wondered if you guys knew of anywhere that had some good ideas. I hate being stuck in a rut!
