Just wondering if anyone in the subreddit has had experience with the UK customer support service for Makita drills.
I purchased a drill less than a year ago, and now the chuck is stuck in the open position and can't shut.
It seems pretty difficult to contact them as it's email only (no number for customer support, only for sales).
Just want to know if I should be steeling myself to fork out money for a replacement or repair.
