Both my charging cables are several years old and the rubber has started to degrade, especially at points of stress such as right before the lightning connector.
I had a search in this sub but the threads I could find were at least a year old and didn't really have any good recommendations. My main takeaway from them was to buy a cable that is long so there'll be less stress on the cable overall, but I also want to make sure I'm buying a good quality cable (especially since the last one I bought stopped working in months).
I know cables are probably not BIFL but I would like to invest in one that would last a really long time. Would appreciate any advice on this, many thanks in advance!
