Hello. We got our floors tested in a older house we bought. Classic 9x9 floors have asbestos. We're gonna leave them alone but wondered if we spray with water, wear good masks and gloves can we grab those few small loose broken pieces and toss on our own before we throw down a vinyl locking floor? Second question, another room has carpet over other vinyl asbestos floors. There are four nails in the entrance holding down a metal strip which has carpet below.
