"Skillet" is in quotes because I don't use it as a skillet, so much as a big pot. In other words, stew, not omelettes.
I've had this for around 9 months and after the last time I cleaned it, a big piece of the non-stick coating came off on my sponge. I bought it strictly for its size, and the fact that it's of the deep-dish variety. I cook all of my meals in bulk, and try to get at least 6 portions of food out of a single pan / crockpot / pot.
Would be great to find something of similar dimensions / volume that would last longer than 9 months...
