I work at AECOM and it's publicly traded...the stock doesn't do terribly, but it's not great by any means, which is unfortunate for me since it's a large chunk of my 401k. Is it possible to find out the number of bonuses my company gives out and what they are and who receives them? Also, since they're publicly traded is it possible to see salaries other than those who are in executive management? I've always wondered what the management in my local office gets for pay/bonuses each year, because they sure as hell don't deserve it.
