So I applied for an apartment today, the bank approved it however I'm being charged the highest approval fee of $600 due to not enough debt experience and too many inquiries.

I kind of expected this as I've never had any debt or credit cards etc, so I knew I didn't have "good" credit. However, the credit score reported in the email they sent me (by transunion) was 567. When I obtained a credit report from creditkarma, I got "No score" from transunion, and only 1 inquiry from my cellphone company.

I guess my question is, is 567 a reasonable expectation for someone that's never had debt or a credit card, or is the "no score" the real number?
