Currently I'm with Verizon on a cheap smart(ish) phone, paying $45+$2.** each month for 2GB data and unlimitd Text and Calling. I was told by my family members that I could get a better phone and pay the same amount (maybe even save some money) if I were to go to A Verizon Store and switch to a 2-year contract. Can someone please offer some insight? I'm not sure which to do, but I'm comfortable paying what I am. The allure of a phone that isn't smashed makes a switch attractive, but I may just buy the same phone, and keep doing what I have been doing.
