You guys probably get this all the time but.....
I had an old, I'm talking hand me downs that have been handed down old, Patagonia Rain jacket that after many springs and falls started to delaminate in the hood. I sucked it up for about two years but this spring I was finally getting sick of a wet head and my girlfriend reminded me of their warranty. I agreed to send it out but thanks to GF it was in the mail before I got home from work.
A few days later I got an email with a gift card that covered just about any of their current rain coats. I'm blown away! I had read that they do repairs so I was guessing they would just replace the hood because this thing had many flaws that were definitely caused by wear and tear. Also it's crazy old, obviously I had gotten my "money's worth" out of it.
I just can't say enough good about this company. I have a fair amount of their products but after dealing with their warranty I think I will be buying more!
Thanks Patagonia! If this holds up like the last one it may be my last jacket ever.
