By exceptional, I am referring to the following grading/performance scale:

5 - Exceptional - Always exceeds expectations

4 - Above Satisfactory - Consistently meets and often exceeds expectations

3 - Satisfactory - Meets expectations

2 - Marginal - Does not meet expectations consistently

1 - Unsatisfactory - Does not meet expectations

I started off making

Year 1: 45,000 and got a $1,500 raise -- 3.33%

Year 2: 46,500 and got a $1,500 raise -- 3.23%

Year 3: 48,000 and got a $1,500 raise -- 3.13%

Year 4: 49,500 and got a $1,500 raise -- 3.03%

Year 5: 51,000 and got a $1,500 raise -- 2.94%

Year 6: 52,500 and got a $1,500 raise -- 2.86%

My concern is pretty self explanatory and I'm wondering if I should continue to allow this or speak up and ask why. I'm in my 30s and plan to retire from the company. I could seek promotion, but I absolutely love what I do, and a promotion would deviate me from a concentrated passion.
