So, my dad has been an employee of this company for 35 years and he just got a new boss. This new boss came in and wanted to change things around. We think she had a friend in mind for my dad's job from the start, so he's being let go.
He's trying to find another position in the same company, but he's having a hard time. We don't know if he'll find something as good as this position (it's almost doubtful), so I'm trying to think of ways to help my family save here and there.
Please help give me some ideas!
