Hey guys, just moved into a townhouse and am very new to DIY. I thought mounting my TV was going to be a quick 20 minute project, and now I'm nervous because there is only one stud in the wall. Stud finder is attached to the only stud and the mount (Cheetah APTMMB, not APTMM2B) in question is resting against the wall. I can get a different mount if needed. The TV I am mounting is pretty light, it's a 40" that weighs 19lbs.
