a pantry week is pretty self explanatory. Whenever you want to save money for upcoming expenses (vacation, new TV, or larger bills) only eat what leftover in your pantry, (canned fruit, canned veggies, peanut butter & jelly, protein powder). Most people would be surprised on how much they saved in one week not spending any money on food.
