So here's the setup: I'm interning in Seattle this Summer and I've been given corporate housing. The first 6 week I'm in a hotel room at the Courtyard Marriott. There's no cooking appliances at all. All I have is a tiny minifridge. There's a microwave in the lobby but that's it.

I'm trying to figure out how to make dinner for myself without eating our every night. I've been thinking about getting a hot plate or two along with a pot and pan so I can boil water and fry some stuff. The minifridge freezer is hella tiny though so I can't really store meats in there.

I'm fine with eating ham and cheese/PB&Js for lunch, but I'm kinda struggling on dinner options. Any advice?
