My laptop has recently been crashing and I use it for work - as in if I don't have a well functioning laptop, I would be out of a job.
I've only just achieved my 6-month emergency fund and the thought of taking away a good 60% off that to buy a new laptop makes me want to cry.
Would it be wiser to charge it to a credit card instead of pay with cash? The store offers 0% interest for the first 6 months. Thank you.
For reference: I live in the Philippines and earn about $450 a month (just a little above minimum wage here). Thinking of buying a laptop under $600.
