After ordering on JackThreads last week on their big going out of business sale, I received an email stating I would be receiving my items around May 16th. I was also told I would be getting a UPS tracking number. I haven't received the tracking number or the order yet.
This morning I looked at posts in the last month that have had issues with JackThreads taking the money and then not fulfilling the order.
I know, it's only May 17th and the company is going out of business and sold off all of their inventory, so they probably are on the slow side... I'm just checking in to see if anybody's received rush order items or standard delivery items here or if other people are having issues, too. I wouldn't be making this post if it were J.Crew or some other company that has a history of properly fulfilling orders.
