Went to Home Depot to see how I proceed.Was told to rent a floor sander/scraper to get black mastic up.Came home online friends told me black mastic from the 60s 70s can contain ASBESTOS.Im now frightened.Test kit will take 10 days. I covered it up with plastic and canvas tarping.
