I own 10 shares and am up 2.5%, not counting dividends. The PE ratio is 80! Does this mean it's overpriced? It pays a 8% dividend which is nice, and it's split up monthly over the year. I'm a 19 year old investor looking for supplementary income for 15 years down the road from reits and good dividend paying companies.
