So here is a rough photoshop mock-up of the design. The cameras are mounted to each square with a simple L-bracket/corner brace, whatever you wanna call it, so that they seem to "float". Here are my main goals in terms of the design. The squares of wood need to be clean, meaning no visible framing or connecting pieces... simply squares/rectangles that appear to overlap in the corners. However, some sort of frame/backing/connecting pieces on the back is acceptable, as long as it's not visible from the front.I do not want it to be symmetrical. Asymmetry is the name of the game here... other than it will all be right angles.I want it to be scalable, meaning as I purchase new (old) cameras, I can cut a new square of wood, and mount it to the display...effectively adding a square. So, with all that considered, how do you guys think I should go about connecting these? via /r/DIY http://ift.tt/2qnbS4e
