I think it's only a matter of time before states have the option to legalize sports gambling. I think, over time, many states will treat this like lotteries, heavily taxed and used to their advantage.
The global sports gambling industry is in the trillions of dollars so the market is huge.
I, like an idiot, will undoubtedly bet on sports and lose money. I'd like to offset some of that by investing in the industry itself. Are there companies (stocks) now that you think could step up and be major players in this industry?
