One thing I've identified in my budget that I do too often is eat out. To counteract this, I want to start cooking in bulk so I can cut down my cost of living. Lately I've been surviving on almost exclusively bread, peanut butter, bananas, milk, and coffee, and there's no way that's healthy long term, lol.
Any suggestions for ingredients to buy for bulk meals, along with some meal suggestions for that matter?
