For the last months I have been developing my app, Megapho. It basically is an app that let's you see advertisements in your local area. You set a range in kilometres/miles and ads posted inside that range are shown. You can mark you're interested in certain ads and chat with whoever made the ad.
Megapho also provides you with the capability of posting ads for free, and searching through them.
You could follow your favourite brands and be notified when there is any discount or ad in general related to that brand.

Megapho launches in the google store in approximately 1 or 2 months, and the iOS version in 3-4 months.
