I know this is going to sound silly but I'm wondering if there is a trick to telling whether your laundry is actually dry or if it's still damp when it's cold outside. I was checking the line this afternoon when it was about 10C outside and because my hands were cold I couldn't tell if things were damp still or just cold. Most of the stuff I brought in is dry but some is damp. I feel like there must be some trick out there for better determining how dry clothes re when it's cold.
