I was experiencing uncontrollable agitation on the 1st, so I decided I should go see a psychiatrist asap. Looked around, everyone said I should go to the ER, so I did.
So the ER took me in, took my blood pressure, etc. and told me to wait. Well after a bit of waiting they said they didn't have any psychiatrists available, and just sent me on my way.
Cut to a few weeks later and I get a bill saying I owe $407 minus 122.10 on a contractual adjustment leaving me with a $284.90 bill for basically taking up space for a few minutes.
Is this normal?
