Okay guys. I fucked up. When I first moved away from home, I didn't have a job in town. So, I charged my credit cards. Once I got a job, I stayed on top of them, but eventually my parents were unable to help me with rent. Pretty much all my money has been going towards rent, bills and other things. So, I've been unable to pay my cards in a while. And I mean a while. Of course, creditors are calling nonstop and stuff.
I just moved back home today, so any money I make is going straight towards my cards. I was told my voicemail was full and when I checked I had a voicemail that mentioned getting a lawyer and stuff, which of course freaked me out. When I returned home today, I had a letter from a firm. I have yet to read it because I'm terrified. I know my credit is fucked, but that's why I moved home and am trying to take care of them.
My question is what do I do? I don't want the lawyers to get involved. I want to pay everything back, and now I finally can. Please please please help!
