My grandparents gave me $15,000 for my college graduation this may. It's very kind but I feel that they're expecting me to grow or do something with it.
I have no job until August.
It is in my savings account untouched.
I have decent credit-600s. Poor.
One credit card. Paid off.
I was thinking about doing a down payment on a house and renting it out to college students.
