FSIIX vs FPEMX for emerging market index. With events like Moody's downgrading China a few days ago, is there sense/safety in investing in EU over Asia for a while?

I get that China is not all of Asia's market, but it's got weight.

Are there other NTF funds for EM you find more appealing that I can look up? Not asking for you to do my DD, just looking for names to compare against.
