What are some recipes or basic grocery items y'all buy that make financial sense and allow you to keep a high protein intake?

I want to try to get around 90g protein from food and 25-50g protein from protein powder per day. 140g protein per day equates to about 30% calories from protein given a 2,000 calories per day goal.
