Is it okay to fold a Tilley Hat? I ideally want to fold it lengthwise twice, or have it at 7 inches at its longest. This will be stored near the outside of my backpack, and it won't be tightly packed.
I've spoken to their customer support, but would like more information before I make the purchase.
I'm specifically looking at the TH9 Women's Hemp.
