ETFs that pay dividends, use dividend to cover expense ratio?

I'm new to investing, so hopefully I'm making sense. If I'm looking to buy an ETF that has an expense ratio of 0.10%, and the ETF also pays a quarterly dividend of approx 0.50%. Will the expense ratio be covered by dividend, so I don't really have to worry about the expense ratio? thanks!
